New York’s City of the Sun is a worldly, genre-bending acoustic trio based in Brooklyn, NY. Formed in 2011, COS features guitarists John Pita, and percussionist Zach Para. They honed their sound busking on the streets of New York City, then graduated to selling out major NYC venues. The group gained wider attention after performing at Ted talk conferences and Sofar Sounds secret shows.
