About this artist

Boa had the hard sound of the Motor City in the early '70s down pat, with a loose twist of the Doors lurking. Their guitars lurch with a growling, chord-chomping crunch, and the vocals are pure grunt and wail. They shared same the garage grit that other Detroit bands had, but lacked the overflowing passion to put them on top of the heap.
