Benjamin Joseph

Not content that his musical journey is by any means done, Benjamin Joseph (UK) goes from strength to strength with each genre he explores. With a passion for sourcing records and an ear for the right sound, he is the true definition of a crate digger, blending new with old whilst maintaining a consistent groove routed in the up-to-date electronic movement.

Using his research and development skills Ben has dug deep into the catalogues of such producers as Nick Beringer, G.U.S and Viceversa as well as a load of relatively unknown Romanian producers, to find the material which fills his Overlapped Vinyl and mondlicht mix series.

Ben has been in the studio working on his own releases which has resulted in exciting things for 2020, including his first vinyl release, a collaboration with Michael James on Constant Black VA EP, available from June, as well as plans to release on some other labels (tbc) and also his own label (mondlicht)…
