Namhla Mbawuli

Namhla Mbawuli , is a South Africa song-writer, singer and performing artist born and raised in the country’s Eastern Cape Province. Academically, she possesses a BCom Internal Auditing degree (University of Pretoria), a BCom Business Management degree (UNISA), and a BCom Hons in Business Management degree.

In October 2017, Namhla released her debut single as an independent artist titled Uyindlela featuring Dj Meq. The song is fundamentally a commercial house song with some Gospel, Country, and Afro Soul infusion.

In February 2018, Namhla released her second single titled Risking It All, an EDM centralized song with a catchy african hook.

Both her singles as an independent artist did very well, bringing Namhla into the direct spotlight of the music industry. This attraction led to her talent being spotted by TinismDotc0M. A South African record label to which she was signed to in June 2018. After being signed to the label, Namhla released her first cover. A rendition of Rihanna's What Now infused with an authentically African flair, that makes the song resonate with Namhla's unique sound.
