Andrew D’Angelo with an expressionistic, unbridled sound and imagination on alto saxophone, the iconoclastic D'Angelo has been a distinctive voice in the New York avant gaurde scene for nearly three decades. Andrew has shared the stage performing with Kurt Rosenwinkel, Paul Motian, Myra Melford, Bill Frisell, Dave Douglas, Aaron Parks, Trevor Dunn, Cuong Vu, Reid Anderson, Ted Poor, and many more.
